Cheeky shapes at the third edition of Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week

The latest edition of Ibiza’s largest fashion catwalk event celebrated a huge success with a larger international response than ever before.

More than 1,000 guests attended Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week (MBFW) and, thanks to the new, higher-capacity location in the Ushuaia Ibiza Beach Hotel, the show exceeded all the organizer’s expectations.

Designers showing their current collections included important names in the fashion world such as Alvarno, Andres Sarda, Juanjo Oliva, Robertodiz, The 2nd Skin and the Dutch designer David Laport.

The Highlights

The lingerie and swimwear brand from Andres Sarda gave the event a seductive touch thanks to a collection inspired by the Ibizan summer: marine look and crochet designs for the beach, and for the evening and the party time on the island, cheeky shapes, gold brass accessories and watches dominated. “Timeless, sustainable and contemporary” are the three terms that distinguish Juanjo Oliva. The designer showed a simple and minimalist collection, in which principles such as sustainability were viewed from different perspectives.
