The stately home is situated on an exposed hill near Ibiza. It is symmetrically built and has a complete 360° surround view.

This luxury property was built to meet highest demands: the ceilings are three meters high in each room and all walls are made of breathable stones and furnished with plenum chambers inside, so the rooms will be cool in summer and warm in winter.

The complete floor is tiled with terracotta flagstones. Beneath them, underfloor heating, which can be regulated separately in each room, was installed. Additionally, all rooms are equipped with finest air conditioning that controls temperature and humidity.

From the main building, which has a double garage situated next to it, you either walk or take the golf caddy to the pool and entertainment area located further down the hill. Here you enjoy the most beautiful view on Ibiza and the sea, too.

The entertainment area features a gorgeous pool, well-groomed lawn as well as a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with a roofed dining area. A separate guest house with bedroom, bathroom, living room and kitchen is affiliated to the outdoor kitchen.

Further rooms to stock deck chairs and other equipment are situated at the pool area.

The whole estate was designed by a prominent landscape architect. The selection of flora, fauna and the natural stones, that the terraces were constructed with, meets the highest standards.
