Safety

This villa in difference to other high end property had NEVER any security incident over the last 12 years. This is due to the high location of the property on top of a mountain with its own single street access secluded with 2 gates, the 24 hour presence of the housekeeper and gardener and alarm system connected with the police and an alarm company.

The housekeeper and gardener/driver/handyman and maid live on the property and are available 24 hours for the service of the guests.

The villas are offered for rent all year round on a weekly basis ( Saturday to Saturday only ) including all inside and outside furniture, all antique lamps, fabrics, art and electronics . An inventory list needs to be signed at check in and a security deposit of 5000 Euro is required.

The property is not available for events like weddings or birth day parties.
