Hidden in the hills between St. Eularia and St. Gertrudis the stately and large mansion is situated. Because of its high location the house offers an all around 180 degree view. Eastward the wide view stretches to St. Eularia and the sea and westward one can see as far as the fir tree covered hills.

The house which has ceilings 4,5 meters high and mainly of Sabina timber, is equipped with high doors and windows whereas its U-shaped plan harbors a patio with citrus fruit trees. Around the house there are two pillared porches (porticos) offering roofed terraces and outdoor livings. The 13x5 meter swimming pool is situated right on the sunny side and lies one half level lower.

The house, a former Feng Shui approved yoga centre, has been designed by the Canadian architect Rolph Blakstad. The architect has succeeded in combining the Moorish atmosphere with the typical Ibiza building style and he has adapted these features to the comfort as desired today.

The charisma of the house is magnificent and spacious, partly due to the fact that the surrounding garden is almost at the same level. At the same time its U-shaped plan gives the house a cozy and homely atmosphere. This makes the house suitable for both larger groups (12 persons) and smaller groups.

There are 6 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom Three bedrooms have the luxury of an attractive outdoor shower. All bedrooms are equipped with airco units and have comfortable spacious wardrobes. Swimming pool The 13x5 meter swimming pool lies in the middle of a large terracotta covered terrace and it has cemented lounge stretchers and pool furniture. The water is automatically filtered through a salt electrolyse process

Living and Kitchen
The lounge section of the main living is separated by a column for the fire place. At one side there is the TV-set with a U-shaped couch and at the other side close the dining-room table there is an open fire place. In the other section of this living there is the renovated open kitchen with a cooking island equipped with a 6-ring Smegg cooking unit, 2 Smegg RVS stoves, a dishwasher and 2 Siemens RVS fridge/ freezer combis. From the kitchen there are two double French casement doors directly giving access to the terrace roofed with a sturdy pergola. It is there where is a large square table and where a fixed BBQ pit and a cold water scullery is situated
