Description
A spectacular sea front property with sweeping views over the sea and a private beach. The villa also offers a private docking platform and use of the boat.
This modern minimalistic villa is situated in the quiet urbanization of Es Cubells and furnished to the highest level.
The communal area consists of a fully equipped kitchen and dining area with a higher section with living area that has a large sofa and pioneer plasma screen with small office area. The kitchen is fully equipped and even offers two gas cookers with electric ovens, two dishwashers and two wine fridges for you’re your evening entertaining. After dinner you may open the centre of the table to reveal the casino games available. If casino games are not for you then in the living area you will find several leather board games.
For outside dining there is a covered terrace at the side of the villa with sea views.
All rooms are double rooms that have independent entrance for extra privacy and are fully equipped with en-suit marble bathrooms that have shower, 2 sinks and toilet curved out of marble stone, branded bathrobes and each room even has a fridge for late night refreshments you may need. Each bedroom has an internal touch screen computerized panel that controls air-conditioning, TV and I pod music with built in speakers and some have an apple computer.
Two rooms have a connecting door and one room also offers a double bed on a mezzanine level suitable for teenage children (low sealing)
After breakfast on the top terrace admiring the sea views and a bathe in the pool a trip down to the private section of the beach for a refreshing swim or just relax listening to the crashing waves along the shore line
For the younger members of your group that are accompanied by an adult the pool has a built in children’s section and also a small room at the side of the villa that has a pinball machine and children’s electronic games unit. Outside you may wish to use the ping pong table, play the table football or play a game of pool.
Included in the price is the use of the spiders (motorbikes), the cars and the boat (except petrol & captain of the boat)
