This luxury villa is located in a protected landscape park (no construction projects, neither hotels nor clubs possible) above the small bay of Cala Carbo, neighbor of the rocky bays of Cala Vadella and Cala d'Hort. From the living room, the room height of which is 3.10 m, large glass sliding doors lead to the spacious terrace with tables and deck chairs along the pool with a view of Es Vedra; two large plant troughs with magnificent, mature palm trees frame the view and the garden on the front of the villa is planted with giant cacti and succulents. The gardens and plants are watered automatically via an irrigation system on the front and back of the villa. The garden at the back of the house has been completely adapted to the natural, hilly terrain with centuries-old olive trees, numerous pine and sade trees; a waterfall, the sound of which pleases the ear, runs into a basin designed as a biotope; all gardens are naturally illuminated in the evening, which turns them into an impressive, fairytale-like spectacle.
The machine rooms in the basement include: a bath water treatment and filter system for the swimming pool, the floor heating, the solar heating for the domestic water and a water treatment system. One room is intended for washing and drying machines with their own work space, etc. (two safe and discreet rooms are also available).
