The lower levels have a fitness area with a very well-equipped gym, a pool table room, table tennis and a large cinema room with huge comfortable seats. All areas have fully integrated air conditioning with high-speed WiFi.
The property has 7 spacious and extremely luxurious suites, all of which have an equally luxurious bathroom. The owner renovates and raises the standards of his villa every winter and therefore receives many repeat requests from the rich and famous every year.
The master corner suite (with huge single bathroom) and 2 guest suites are located on the first lower level and offer an incredible view over floor-to-ceiling windows. On the second lower level there are three more guest suites, including one with bunk beds for small children.
There are a total of 10 bathrooms throughout the villa as well as an additional suite in case additional unannounced guests arrive.
