The master bedroom has a separate, spacious balcony including a beautiful outdoor shower. Bright white colors have been used throughout the villa, combined with industrial accents, creating a modern and bright feel throughout the home. Finally, the house is equipped with an osmosis system, thanks to which the water contains less lime and is therefore softer.

The literal and figurative centerpiece of the outdoor spaces is clearly the royal swimming pool. The large, turquoise natural tiles in the pool immediately invite you to take a refreshing dip. Afterwards you can relax on one of the many sun loungers. Various lounge areas were created on both sides next to the main entrance of the house. Here you can fully enjoy the shade with a magnificent view over the mountains. A protected recreation area was created at the very back. Two large seat cushions under a thatched parasol can serve as an ideal retreat with a little more privacy. To complete the outdoor area there is also a spacious outdoor kitchen with a large dining table. This is beautifully covered with wooden narrow beams, allowing you to enjoy your meals in the shade but still fully experience the outdoor feeling. There is a professional grill as well as an extensive outdoor bar.
