The Villa

Very recently, this luxury villa has been completely renovated, so that it currently only has high-quality materials and functionalities. With seven unique yet similar bedrooms and bathrooms, this property is an extraordinary residence.

The rooms are spread over different houses. You enter the main house through a beautiful arrival hall where the guest toilet is also placed directly. The crisp white lacquer kitchen contrasts perfectly with the black built-in appliances that are placed in the kitchen. Again, only international top brands have been used. The outdoor spaces

Various terraces have been created around the villa. Here you can enjoy a good dinner or long, summer evenings outside.

There are several outdoor dining tables and seating areas, some of which are partly covered with original wooden beams (covered with some greenery) providing occasional shade. The adjacent parking lot is for more than twenty cars and the entire site is completely fenced with two separate entrances.

The surroundings

Within less than fifteen minutes drive you are already at one of the most popular beaches of Ibiza, namely Cala D'hort. With the magical rock of Es Vedrà in the literal prospect, this is a beach that many a man can cross off their 'must visit' list. In practical terms, this villa has this attraction just a stone's throw away.

The property itself is located in Sant Josep de Sa Talaia, a municipality located in the southwest of Ibiza. This place is known for its authentic and pleasant tranquility. The area offers traditional charm partly due to the surrounding mountain landscape.

Although this place is becoming more and more popular for many new visitors, it is still a traditional corner of the island. As a result, old and new are perfectly intertwined. Extra good to know is that the sun sets on this side of the island. As a result, you can enjoy a breathtaking fairytale every evening from one of the several terraces.

Finally, you are also a fifteen minute drive from Ibiza town where you can enjoy the liveliness and bustle.
