This villa is set in a large plot of over 7000m² of land in the Ibiza countryside. The house is white and has all the features of an original Spanish finca. The exterior is modern and authentic at the same time and also radiates luxury through various aspects. In total, this property offers four bedrooms with four en suite bathrooms. These rooms also have ample natural light entering the rooms. The bedrooms are spacious and each has high season air conditioning that works well. For the winter there is underfloor heating. The bathroom is separated by two walls, but not a completely separate room. A perfect combination of openness and sufficient privacy. The bathroom has two separate sinks and a spacious walk-in shower. A beautiful combination of natural stone on the floor and chic anthracite-colored walls was used for the shower. You can step outside through the sliding doors, where a beautiful freestanding bathtub has also been placed for total relaxation outside in peace. The beautiful kitchen is fully equipped and has a rural and modern feel at the same time. Because of the wooden cabinets in combination with the elegantly finished workbenches, the kitchen is really the showpiece of the interior of the house. In addition, the well-equipped kitchen facilitates a wine fridge so that you can always enjoy the wines at the perfect temperature. There is also a beautiful wooden high table in the middle of the kitchen, which can be used for various purposes. Finally, there is a spacious room that can serve as an additional relaxation area. There is again a nice sofa, a vain table and even an additional (side) kitchen with adjoining bar. The outdoor areas The outdoor area of this beautiful villa is certainly in no way inferior to the house itself. From the fantastic swimming pool you can look out over the rural part of Ibiza. The pool is surrounded by luxurious sun loungers where you can completely relax after a cool swim. If you wish, the parasol offers the possibility of providing some shade. The garden is full of palm trees, orange trees and different colored bougainvillea trees. There is a large balcony (accessible from the bedrooms) furnished with two beautiful pieces of furniture. Here you can enjoy your morning cup of coffee while being amazed by the endless views. The royal outdoor kitchen is at least as impressive. Here, too, it is fully equipped so that you can also prepare and serve the most beautiful dishes outdoors. There are several tables so you can choose where to sit for consuming refreshments. The vibe outside is a mix of Ibiza with a bit of boho. The outdoor kitchen is covered by a beautiful construction of wooden beams covered with original palm leaves. Finally, a small gym has been built outside and there is parking for various cars.

The official name is Sant Joan de Labritja, but to many this quiet town is better known as Sant Juan. It's relatively quiet and still has that authentic Ibiza feeling. There are no discos or lively nightlife here, which makes this place particularly suitable for families. In addition, it is also the perfect place if you are looking for more tranquility and want to fully enjoy nature and culture. Nearby, Ibiza's northernmost town called Portinaix is only a 15 minute drive away and you can reach a beautiful beach in just two minutes. As mentioned, Sant Juan is not very big, but there is plenty to do. There are several nice restaurants for a delicious dinner and also nice places for an extensive lunch. Finally, there is a supermarket, a pharmacy, boutiques and even a (hippy) market that attracts many people every Sunday. In short, a perfect mix of tranquility and hustle and bustle.
